Another game to finally make it's way over to Android from iOS is Jetpack Joyride. I've heard a lot about this game, but never had a chance to try it since it was previously only on iOS devices.
This looks like your basic runner game, but with the addition of gadgets and vehicles. Not sure if it is the exact same options from iOS, so I won't delve into the particulars, but the number of achievements and the plethora of unlockables will keep you playing this game non-stop until you reached your desired items!
